Equator Engineering Resources Limited (Equator Resources) is a local company owned by two Zambians and based in Lusaka but operates nationwide.
Legal Status
The company was registered and incorporated, under the Company Act, in Zambia in February 2005 with Certificate of Incorporation No. 58053.
Statutory Registrations
Equator Resources is registered with the following institutions:
Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) - Value Added Tax (VAT); as a tax payer.
Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ); as an engineering company.
National Council for Construction (NCC); as a Contractor in electrical, telecommunications and buildings.
Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA); as a supplier to public institutions.
